Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlexMatch.nu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Vikarbureau: Legal Employer

FlexMatch.nu ApS operates as a vikarbureau (temporary work agency) under Danish law. FlexMatch is the legal employer of all workers (vikarer) assigned through the platform. FlexMatch withholds A-skat and AM-bidrag, pays ATP contributions, and accrues 12.5% feriepenge for every hour worked. Workers receive a written confirmation of employment terms (ansættelsesbevis) for each assignment, in accordance with Ansættelsesbevisloven.

3. Vikarloven §3: Equal Treatment

Pursuant to Vikarloven §3, a temporary agency worker shall, during their assignment with a user undertaking, have at least the same essential working and employment conditions (including pay, working time, overtime, breaks, rest periods, night work, holidays and public holidays) as would apply if the worker had been recruited directly by the user undertaking to occupy the same job. FlexMatch enforces the applicable collective agreement (HORESTA/3F overenskomst) wage floors and supplements (aftentillæg, nattillæg, weekendtillæg, helligdagstillæg) on all bookings.

4. Minimum Shift & Wages

All shifts have a minimum duration of 5 hours. Hourly wages can never be set below the applicable overenskomst minimum for the role. Evening, night, weekend and public-holiday supplements are added automatically and are included in the price shown to the business at booking.

5. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

6. Payments & Fees

Businesses pay the worker's gross wage (incl. overenskomst supplements, fritvalg and pension) plus 23.2% social costs (covering feriepenge, ATP, sick pay and insurances) and a flat service fee per staff-hour: DKK 25 Standard (>48h notice) · DKK 35 Haste (<48h) · DKK 45 Acute (<24h). As temporary staffing services are subject to Danish VAT, 25% moms is applied to the full invoice amount. Payment is authorised at booking and captured only after the shift is completed and hours are approved. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Workers are paid by FlexMatch as their employer, with taxes withheld at source.

7. Hours Registration

After each shift, the worker registers actual hours worked on the platform. The business reviews and approves the registered hours. Approved hours form the basis for payroll and final payment capture. Disputed hours are resolved by FlexMatch support based on documentation from both parties.

8. Cancellations

Shifts cancelled more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. Shifts cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Workers who are cancelled within 24 hours of shift start are entitled to compensation per the applicable overenskomst.

9. Worker Conduct

Workers must maintain professional conduct, arrive on time, and adhere to the venue's requirements. Repeated poor ratings may result in suspension from the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

FlexMatch.nu's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific shift in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.

12. Temp-to-Perm Conversion

If a business hires a worker sourced through FlexMatch.nu into a permanent (non-temporary) role within 12 months of that worker's first shift with the business, a one-time conversion fee of DKK 15,000 (excl. VAT) applies, covering FlexMatch's recruitment and vetting costs. Contact info@flexmatch.nu before making an offer to arrange the transition.

13. Volume Loyalty Pricing

Businesses with sustained high shift volume may qualify for a reduced service fee: 5% off for 20-49 shifts booked in a trailing 30-day period, 10% off for 50 or more. Volume tiers are reviewed and applied by the FlexMatch team on request, not automatically calculated at checkout — contact info@flexmatch.nu once your account qualifies.
