FlexMatch.nu ApS, CVR 44240165, Vandtårnsvej 62A, 2860 Søborg, Copenhagen, is the data controller for personal data processed through this platform.

2. Data We Collect

We collect: name, email, phone, location, professional credentials, and payment information (processed via Stripe, we do not store card details).

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: match workers with shifts, process payments, send notifications, improve our service, and comply with legal obligations under Danish and EU law.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

Processing is based on contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for platform functionality, and legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for safety and fraud prevention.

5. Data Sharing

We share only necessary data with: matched employers/workers, Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Supabase (hosting). We do not sell personal data.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your account. Booking records are retained for 5 years for accounting purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact info@flexmatch.nu.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only. Analytics cookies are only placed with your explicit consent via our cookie banner. No advertising cookies are used.
